What should I do if I'm experiencing technical issues with the program platform?
If you're experiencing technical issues:
- Try basic troubleshooting first:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different web browser – generally, we find that Chrome works best but Safari or Edge should work too.
- Restart your device (we know, we know it’s what everyone says… but it does often work!)
- Check your internet connection
- If the issue persists, gather the following information:
- The exact URL you're trying to access
- Your login email
- Your operating system (PC or Mac) and browser
- A screenshot of the error, including the address bar [add link for how to take a screenshot on a PC and a Mac]
- Send an email to support@punchybooks.co with this information.
- Be as specific as possible about the issue you're experiencing.
- Follow any additional troubleshooting steps provided by our support team.
