How do I change the credit card on file?

To update your billing information for the Punchy Books Accelerator program, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Visit https://cart.punchybooks.co/updateinfo/ 
    • Enter the email address you used when purchasing
    • Find the email ThriveCart sends you in your email inbox
    • Click on the link to update your info 
  3. Once in the portal, click on Payment plans and navigate to billing settings:
    • Look for a "Billing" or "Payment Information" section in your account dashboard
  4. Update your information:
    • Enter your new credit card details
    • Double-check all information for accuracy
  5. Save your changes:
    • Click the "Save" or "Update" button to confirm your new billing information

If you're having trouble updating your information through your account:

  1. Contact our support team:
    • Email us at support@punchybooks.co 
    • Include your full name and the email address associated with your account
    • Our team can help update your billing information manually
    • We may send you a secure link to enter your new payment details

Important notes:

  • Updating your billing information will not affect your current payment plan or subscription status
  • If you're updating due to a declined payment, please do so as soon as possible to avoid any interruption in your program access
